- Roofing and exterior contractors. The origin story. The inspector is on the roof while the homeowner is in the driveway or at work. Live video replaces asking the homeowner to take the inspector’s word for it, or a folder of photos.

How it works
- See it live. The invited viewer watches the inspection as it happens, at the same moment as the inspector. Video quality adapts to the available connection; the product does not promise a fixed delay or uninterrupted video on a weak signal.
- Zero friction for the viewer. The viewer taps a texted link and watches in their browser. No app to install, no account to create, no permission prompt. Their camera is never requested, by design.
- Automatic recording, company-owned records. Recording starts on its own. Saved clips and stills stay with the company. Recording can be paused and an upload can fail, so not every frame is guaranteed saved. Retention follows the plan: 90 days, 1 year or 3 years.
- Built for the field. Glove-sized controls, a wake lock so the phone does not sleep mid-walk, graceful behavior on bad signal, and one link that stops working when the inspection ends.

- Crew. $179/month, or $149/month billed annually. Up to 5 inspectors, 40 recorded hours per month, 1-year retention.
- Company. $399/month, or $329/month billed annually. Up to 15 inspectors, 80 recorded hours per month, 3-year retention.
Security and privacy facts
- Viewer links expire automatically: 12 hours by default, or immediately when the inspector ends the session.
- Viewer consent is captured and versioned before video is shown.
- Recordings are private. Access is through short-lived signed links, never public URLs.
- The viewer’s camera is never requested.
